PRODUCTS:
Liquidtool Sensor 01: This sensor automatically measures the concentration and temperature of metalworking fluids. The collected data is transmitted to the Liquidtool Manager for real-time analysis, ensuring optimal coolant conditions.
Liquidtool Extender: Designed to measure the filling level of coolant sumps, the Extender uses hydrostatic and ultrasonic sensors to detect liquid and foam levels. It integrates with the Liquidtool Manager to provide accurate monitoring and prevent overflows.
Liquidtool SmartFiller: Mounted on top of a coolant drum or Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC), the SmartFiller connects to a water supply to automatically mix the optimal coolant concentration. It then tops up each connected coolant sump with the correct amount, maintaining consistent coolant quality.
Liquidtool Manager: A cloud-based platform that stores and analyzes data from various components in real-time. It provides users with an up-to-date overview of all machines, tanks, and LIQUIDTOOL devices, enabling informed decision-making
Liquidtool AutoPilot Single and Multi: These fully automated coolant management systems monitor concentration, temperature, and filling levels. They automatically mix and top up coolant as needed, ensuring machines operate with optimal coolant conditions without manual intervention.
Liquidtool Instructor: This system assists users in gaining control over coolant management by automatically measuring concentration and temperature in the sump. It stores data securely and provides notifications when intervention is necessary.
